FUN WAYS TO ENGAGE EARLY LEARNERS IN THE NUMERACY CORNER

FUN WAYS TO ENGAGE EARLY LEARNERS IN THE NUMERACY CORNER

Here’s a collection of some of my favourite ideas for a fun numeracy corner or table suitable for early years learners, particularly those getting ready to transition to primary school. Most of these activities have a focus on number sense and counting; some have other aspects of maths thrown in too, such as measuring length/distance and time.

Have you tried any of these? Which is your favourite? What alternative activities have you seen or experienced with your children that work? I would love to see them! Feel free to message me on facebook, with your permission I would love to add them to our resource bank.

Hope you found this collection useful and gained some inspiration for your children at home or in the early childhood setting.

Thanks so much for visiting our site today. We really do appreciate it.
